Improve your team’s staff morale and productivity with the most exhilarating activity you will find. Curling will get you learning new skills and using these as part of a small team to combat your colleagues in a competitive environment. You’ll soon find out how competitive your colleagues are.

Sound good? How will it work?

The event will start with welcome drinks for all guests in iceSheffield’s premier function room - the Glacier Suite. Following an introduction to the instructors all participants will be escorted to the ice rink where their equipment will be awaiting. Upon entering the ice the group will be asked to form 8 teams of equal numbers and choose a name for which their team will now be known.

Next up the team will be given a brief lesson on all the basic skills of curling that they will require if they are to beat their colleagues and win the mystery prize. Having spent only 15 minutes acquiring the skills that will carry them in combat it is now time to unleash the curler in you with each team participating in a round robin group stage culminating in a grand final.

Following the final it's then time for the photos and presentations to be made to the winning team on top of iceSheffield’s rostrum. Following the presentation the group will be accompanied back to the Glacier Suite where the team can enjoy the remainder of the evening.
